Rainbow

Yesterday evening we dodged the thunderstorms moving through our area. We could hear the thunder, see a few lightning flashes, but we never got the storm. Even still, we got the rainbow and the most surreal orange light from the setting sun.

The rainbow was complete. We could see the beginning and the end. It was also a double rainbow.

Lucky?

I love rainbows! We had several crazy-hard downpours yesterday, with sun coming out right behind them as they passed through. There should have been rainbows, but I didn't find any.

Oklahoma weather can be beautiful or destructive. Luckily we're just seeing the beauty lately.

I'm thinking the orange glow was from the pot of gold reflecting off the sun. :)

Considering the bad weather that you get there I would think a RAINBOW would be very reassuring to you.
These are beautiful photos. The color that happens under clouds during or after a storm is sometimes astounding.
